Looks like Saber has fallen sick with the flu bug, and its your job to help her recover with losta tender loving care and warm chicken soup.
This flash visual novel mini-game can be found on the official website of Fate/Extra CCC. You need to help her recover by doing cute task such as taking Saber’s temperature, feeding her porridge, etc.
Okay, am off to try this out. Also my copy of the game is probably going to arrive on monday, heh can’t wait
